Creating Your First Form
A detailed walkthrough of creating, customizing, and publishing a form.
Starting from the dashboard
Navigate to your dashboard and click the "New Form" button in the top right corner. You'll be presented with two options:
- Start from scratch: Begin with a blank form
- Use a template: Choose from pre-built templates
Adding fields
The form builder provides a variety of field types. Click the "+" button to add a new field:
Text
Short or long text input
Multiple Choice
Single or multiple selection
Dropdown
Select from a list
File Upload
Accept file attachments
Rating
Star or number ratings
Signature
Capture signatures
Customizing appearance
Use the theme panel to customize your form's appearance:
- Colors and fonts
- Button styles
- Background options
- Logo and branding
Publishing
When you're ready, click "Publish" to make your form live. You'll receive a shareable link that you can send to respondents or embed on your website.
