By accessing or using FavForm (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FavForm provides a form building and data collection platform with compliance features including consent capture, audit logging, and data retention management.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

While FavForm provides tools to help with compliance, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws like GDPR and CCPA.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FavForm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FavForm from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may export your data before termination. We may retain certain data as required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
