Quick Start
Get up and running with FavForm in under 5 minutes.
1. Create an account
Head to the sign up page and create your free account. No credit card required.
2. Create your first form
From your dashboard, click the "New Form" button. You can start from scratch or choose from one of our templates.
Tip: Templates are a great way to get started quickly. They include pre-configured fields and styling that you can customize.
The form builder lets you add various field types:
- Text inputs (short and long)
- Multiple choice and checkboxes
- Dropdowns and rankings
- File uploads
- Signatures
- And more...
4. View responses
All form submissions appear in your dashboard under "Responses". You can:
- View individual responses
- Export to CSV
- Set up webhooks for real-time notifications
- View analytics and insights
