Responses dashboard
Dashboard → Responses shows all your forms, polls, and widgets with response counts. The list shows:
Type badgeForm, Poll, or Widget
StatusPublished or Draft
Response countTotal submissions
Recent activity+X this week
Last responseWhen the last submission came in
Filtering & sorting
Use the toolbar to find what you need:

Toggle between list and grid view using the view switcher.
Viewing individual responses
Click any item to see its responses. The detail view differs by type:
Forms
- • Table view with all answers
- • Filter by device (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet)
- • Sort by date or completion time
- • Search within responses
- • Select and delete multiple responses
Polls
- • Results bar chart with percentages
- • Vote table with timestamp, selection, device, country
- • Filter by device
- • Sort by date or option
Widgets
- • Card view showing each response
- • Shows page URL where submitted
- • Filter by device
- • Search within responses
- • Delete individual responses
Response metadata
Each submission captures context automatically:

Exporting to CSV
Export responses for analysis in spreadsheets:
- Go to the responses page for your form/poll/widget
- Click "Export CSV"
- File downloads with all data and metadata
CSV export requires Pro or higher.
Deleting responses
For forms, select responses with checkboxes and click delete. For widgets, click the trash icon on individual responses.
Deleted responses cannot be recovered. Export first if needed.
Data retention
Set automatic deletion in the Publish step:
- Configure retention period (days)
- Responses auto-delete after the period
- Badge shows retention status on responses page
