Creating a poll
The poll builder follows the same three-step flow as forms: Create → Design → Publish.
Create
Add your poll question and voting options:
- • Enter a title (your question)
- • Add description (optional context)
- • Add at least 2 options
- • Drag to reorder options
- • No maximum limit on options
Design
Customize appearance and voting behavior:

Allow voters to pick more than one option
Don't track voter identity (on by default)
Display current results before submitting
Show results after vote is cast (on by default)
Completion
Default: 'Thanks for voting!'
Default: 'Your vote has been recorded.'

Viewing results
Poll results update in real-time. From your dashboard:
- Total votes and percentage breakdown
- Visual bar chart of results
- Vote timeline (when votes came in)
- Export to CSV
Access results from Dashboard → Responses → Select your poll.
Duplicate vote prevention
FavForm prevents duplicate votes using browser fingerprinting. This works even for anonymous polls without requiring sign-in.
Note: Determined users can still vote multiple times using different browsers or devices. For high-stakes polls, consider requiring authentication.
