For growing businesses. Everything in Pro plus 10,000 responses/month, custom domains, webhooks, API access, and advanced analytics.

Billing & payments

All paid plans are billed through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month
  • Annual plans are billed once per year and include a 20% discount
  • All prices are in USD
  • Invoices are sent via email after each payment
You can manage your payment methods, view invoices, and update billing details from Settings → Billing.

Upgrading your plan

When you upgrade to a higher plan:

  • New features are available immediately
  • You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle
  • Your billing date stays the same

To upgrade, go to Settings → Billing and select your new plan.

Downgrading your plan

When you downgrade to a lower plan:

  • You keep your current plan features until the end of your billing period
  • The new plan takes effect at your next billing date
  • No refunds are issued for unused time
If you have more forms, polls, or widgets than your new plan allows, you won't lose them, but you won't be able to create new ones until you're within the limits.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe billing portal:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of your billing period
  • After cancellation, you'll be moved to the Free plan
  • Your data is never deleted — you can upgrade again anytime

Common questions

What happens if I exceed my response limit?

You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit. Once reached, new responses will be paused until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes! You can switch at any time from the billing portal. Switching to annual saves you 20%.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime and your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a generous Free plan instead of a trial. You can use FavForm for free forever with basic features, and upgrade when you need more.
