Step 1: Create
Add your content — questions for forms and widgets, options for polls. This is where you build the structure of what respondents will see.
Adding content
The Create step is where you build your form, poll, or widget content:
- Forms: Add questions using the "+ Add block" button. Choose from 24 different form blocks
- Polls: Add options for voters to choose from. Set correct answers for quiz mode
- Widgets: Add feedback questions like ratings, text inputs, or multiple choice
Title and description
At the top of the Create step, you can set a title and optional description. These appear to respondents based on your Header settings in the Design step.
Reordering
Drag and drop questions or options to reorder them. Click and hold the drag handle on the left side of each item, then move it to the desired position.
Question settings
Click on any question to expand its settings. Common options include:
Each block type has additional settings specific to its function. See the Form Blocks reference for details.
Duplicating and deleting
When a question is selected, use the toolbar icons to duplicate or delete it. Duplicating creates a copy with "(copy)" appended to the title.
Conditional logic
Forms support conditional logic to show or hide questions based on previous answers. See the Forms guide for details on setting up logic rules.
